What it reads
- Screenshots, photos and scans in PNG, JPEG, HEIC, TIFF and BMP, one at a time or in batches.
- The text in PDFs, page by page, with page numbers kept.
- Word (.doc and .docx) and Pages documents.
- QR codes and barcodes, decoded to their values. Links are shown, never opened for you.
And the other way round
Select some text and generate a QR code from it, for example to move a link or a snippet to your phone.
Your originals stay as they are
Extracted text always opens as a new, unsaved tab. The original image or document is never changed.
