Open any log and switch on Log Mode. Levels are coloured, and the log viewer lets you narrow millions of lines down to the ones you need, without changing the file.

Plain logs, JSON logs, syslog, Apache and Nginx access logs, and your own custom format.

Filter the way you think

Show only TRACE, DEBUG, INFO, NOTICE, WARN, ERROR or FATAL lines.
Include or exclude lines by text or regular expression.
Filter JSON logs by field, such as service or trace_id.
Limit to a time range, jump to a timestamp, and show times as written, in local time or in UTC.
See an entry’s fields, raw text or pretty-printed JSON side by side.
Get a summary of the log, and the lines around any entry.

Follow growing files

Follow Mode keeps a log that is still being written scrolled to the newest lines. For logs on servers, containers and cloud services, see live server logs.
